Vintage Carved Wood Nature Brooch with dangling leaves & nuts.

This piece has nuts and leaves that dangle from a bakelite or plastic textural branch with a pin back. The leaves and nuts are stained different colors in an autumnal vibe. Brass hollow beads accent the chain.

Great piece of history, circa 1940's, natural themes were very popular between the 30-40's. Thematic brooches were so popular on jacket or coats to give yourself an finished look with a bit of whimsy. This is a great girt for a nature lover.
