Vintage Chomping Horse, Wood, Made by OXCO

Vintage Folky Chomping Horse / Dinosaur?, Wood & Straw Brush Toy. Wheels spin and mouth moves, probably had a pull string but lost it. Stamped 6" Star, Made in USA by OXCO which manufactured all kinds of brushes for shoe shiners, animal care, artists but I have never seen a toy, have you? 13"W x 7" T.
