3 Vintage Sea Shell Pincushions. These gift items were popular on the east coast in seaside resorts as a remembrance. The often would have the name of the town handprinted on the shell. They each have a bit of velvet creating the pincushion tucked away in small place. Quaint and useful, these pincushion are a rare sewing tchotchke left over from days gone by. Measurements vary between 8"- 4". My grandfather used to say that one must have 3 different kinds of the same item to call it a collection. :)
